Woo! I’m here to tell you about my next step. I had to get fancy headshots. Which basically actors use for broadWAY to show them how glamorous they are. This is news to me, I thought it was for your own personal enjoyment and to hand out to all your friends (and hot looking strangers).
But no, it’s something you need to give to people when you audition. If you are standing there being fabulous in front of their faces why in holy hell on wheels do they need to be staring at your glamour shot?!
Anyway, now that I’m an expert, this is how getting headshots done goes.
First, you need to find a photographer. This person should be someone who is a huge fan of yours, thinks you look hot, is beautiful, multitalented, affordable and takes really great pictures.
Next, you need to find really great outfits. The outfits should make you look the hottest you can possibly look and for your type, color scheme and astrological sign. For example, most of my outfits include fierce prints, glitter and feathers. Everything I wear screams “SEXY” so now casting directors know what to do with me immediately.
Then you probably also have to spend the rest of your life long savings on getting your hair and make up done. This is the real deal folks. Do it right, or don’t do it at all! As My Mantra goes YOLO (IYM) (Which means: You Only Live On…. If Your Merman)
The way to get the best headshots is to have fun, be relaxed, have some shots. Also my photographer happens to be hot and multitalented so I really lucked out. She is fierce! You should use her if you need headshots. Amanda Taraska from Amanda Taraska Photography. Tell her Lil sent you,
